Our Facility
FSC CrossFit is a world class fitness facility serving the local towns of Roseburg, Myrtle Creek, Sutherlin, & Oakland.
As well as all of Douglas County.
Whether you are looking to get into shape or maintain your fitness through group classes, boot camps, nutrition coaching, or personal training, we invite you to become a member of our family!

- We offer over 39 CrossFit classes each week as well as:
- Nutrition Coaching
- Personal Training
- Boot Camps
- Running/Endurance Training
- Our facility is set up to handle ten athletes per class.
- We have the top of the line equipment, and lots of it!
- Our staff is made up of highly experienced and qualified coaches who hold a variety of certifications that make us the most diverse gym in the area.
Child watch is available Monday through Friday during our 4:45pm class time.
