YOUTH AND TEAMS
Fitness designed to engage athletes and teams at any level.
Classes designed around those who are 12 and younger or for sport specific athletes. The goal of our youth and teams program is to keep your athletes moving, growing, learning, and if engaged in sports, avoiding the pitfalls of plateauing during the offseason or between activities.
Classes are currently held 4 days per week: Mondays/Wednesdays & Tuesdays/Thursdays at 4:00pm. The cost is $50 per month per athlete (2 days per week) with classes primarily ran by Coach Juleanne Sandoval.
For those interested in sport specific team exercises, please reach out to us about availability and we will help put together a plan of action for your team.
