Barbell Club

SPECIALIZED LIFTING PROGRAM

Our Barbell Club’s main focus is on the improvement and advancement of the Olympic Lifts; the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. At times, we may integrate strength training/powerlifting programming in as well. These lifts would include deadlifts, front/back squats, bent-over rows, and presses such as bench and shoulder.

We are currently revamping our barbell club and will be notifying members when this optional program becomes available.

  • 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
  • 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Mid-day

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (Monday/Tuesday & Thursday/Friday)

Afternoons

  • 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM
  • 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM (Monday - Thursday)
